Dawn Jannucci has such a passion for this business that it has played a major role throughout her entire life. She received her beauty license in 1990 and quickly made a name for herself in Central Jersey salons.

Starting at Beaux Gens where she was front desk support, continuing to Splash Salon and Spa in Bridgewater where she took over as Manager and increased the salon's profitability in the time she was there. She only left Splash because she started a family with her husband. She took a few years off and had two children, Matthew and Michael. Since her children were starting to get older she decided to once again go back to what had she had always been passionate about. This time she decided to become a little more involved in the business that had held her interest for so long.

Seeing the location of Voi she immediately fell in love and knew that this was a salon that she could make successful. With Dawns' passion and background she has pledged that her salon will be better than all the rest, and anyone who meets her will immediately believe her.

Her passion for this business radiates from her every second that she is in her salon. All of her employees trust in her to make the business successful and have no doubts that she will make this the most successful salon in the area.
